Refund and Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will be pleased to accept items for return or exchange, provided they meet the company’s requirements. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact us at support@ng.afnan.com.
Return & Exchange Requirements
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 15 days of delivery for online orders and within 15 days of the purchase date for offline orders.
- All returns must undergo and pass our Quality Control review before a refund is issued.
- Items must be returned with the original receipt to confirm purchase.
- Only unopened, unused, and originally packaged items are eligible.
- Full returns must include any gift with purchase. Otherwise, a deduction of ₦5,000 will apply. If the gift item is a product, the full product value will be deducted.
- Damaged or defective items must be reported and returned within 15 days of delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately to file a report. Afnan will determine eligibility for return based on the information provided.
Eligibility & Refunds
- Only products purchased from ng.afnan.com or official Afnan stores are eligible for returns.
- Refunds will be issued only to the original purchaser and the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged or faulty.
- Engraved or personalized items are not eligible for return.
- Products must be returned with the original box, packing materials, and a copy of the invoice.
- Afnan is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
Faulty Goods
Items received broken or faulty will be exchanged or refunded if reported within 15 days of delivery.

How to Make a Return

- Offline purchases must be returned to the same store where the item was purchased.
- Online orders may be returned to our Afnan store locations:
- Palms Mall, 1 Bisway Street, 106104 Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria
- Ikeja Mall, 194 Obafemi Awolowo Way, 100001 Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria
- If you are unable to return the item to these locations, please contact us at +234 906 285 8516 for assistance.
Once an item is received and passes our Quality Control review a refund will be issued to the person and account that made the original purchase. Please allow 3-7 business days for it to reflect into your account.
