Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Subject to the Arbitration section below, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria and waive any objections based on venue.

Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be finally settled by private and confidential binding arbitration before a single arbitrator in Nigeria, conducted in English and governed by Nigerian law in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act Cap A18 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004, as amended.

The arbitrator shall be legally trained, experienced in the information technology field in Nigeria, and independent of either party. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Site reserves the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief through the courts to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

Termination

ng.afnan.com may, without prior notice, terminate this agreement or revoke any rights granted to you. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all access to and use of the Site.

ng.afnan.com may revoke all passwords and account identifications and deny access to the Site in whole or in part. Termination shall not affect rights or obligations accrued prior to the termination date.

Payment

ng.afnan.com offers multiple payment options but assumes no liability for losses arising from:

  • Exceeding bank-imposed limits
  • Payment gateway or transaction failures

All payments must be made in Nigerian Naira (NGN), as approved by the Central Bank of Nigeria. No other currency is accepted.

Typographical Errors

In the event of pricing or product information errors, ng.afnan.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel affected orders. Customers may be contacted for further instructions or notified of order cancellation.

Risk of Loss

All purchases are subject to a shipment contract. Risk of loss remains with ng.afnan.com until the item is delivered to you. Any damage occurring after receipt shall be the responsibility of the recipient.
