Delivering your goods swiftly and safely is very important to us. We value every customer and therefore work with carefully selected courier partners. All orders must be signed for upon delivery. If you are unavailable, please notify us in advance if an alternative recipient (colleague, neighbor, etc.) is available.
Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included in delivery timelines, as deliveries may be affected by these factors.

Within Lagos & Abuja
- Standard Delivery: ₦2,500
- Onforward Delivery: ₦3,500
- Estimated Delivery Time: 2 – 4 business days
Outside Lagos & Abuja
- Standard Delivery: ₦5,000
- Estimated Delivery Time: 5 – 7 business days
Orders placed after 12:00 PM will begin processing on the next business day.
Orders Above ₦100,000

Other Important Information
- Afnan is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.
- Afnan bears no responsibility for orders signed for by an alternative recipient.
- All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to Customer Service on the day of delivery.
- Orders cannot be redirected once shipped.
Store Pickup
- Free store pickup is available 24 hours after placing your order.
- Customers must sign for all orders upon receipt.
Delivery Acceptance
Upon delivery, customers must verify that the order is correct and in good condition before signing. The delivery timeline begins once the order has been processed and ends on the day our delivery associate makes the first delivery attempt.
